Carpenter

My client a leading Social Housing Contractors are currently seeking a Carpenter to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.

This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Birmignham. This is a subcontract position with a Van & Fuel card will be provided.

Duties include:

* First fix

* Second fix

* Installation

* Social housing maintenance

Requirements:

* NVQ in Carpentry (or Time Served Experience)

* Multi Trade Experience

* Social Housing Experience

* UK Driving License
