Carpenter Multi Trader

Role Details:

* Position: Carpenter Multi-Trader

* Location: Bromley and surrounding areas

* Sector: Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance

* Van and fuel card provided

Requirements:

* Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance

* Competent in carpentry and general multi-trade works

* Level 2 or NVQ in carpentry

* Full UK driving licence

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties.

* Completing carpentry repairs, including hanging doors, replacing skirting boards, architraves and door frames.

* Installing and repairing kitchens, including units, worktops and fittings.

* Undertaking general plumbing, basic decorating, flooring and other multi-trade repairs where competent.

* Carrying out remedial works to maintain properties to a safe and good standard.

* Working in occupied properties and maintaining professional communication with residents.

* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards
