Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and SEND schools across Hinckley. About the Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils thrive in the classroom. Assignments may vary day-to-day, offering a diverse and rewarding experience across different school settings. Key Responsibilities Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Adapting to different school environments and age groups Requirements Experience working with children or young people (in schools or similar settings preferred) A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel) What We Offer Flexible working to suit your availability Opportunities to gain experience in a range of schools Competitive daily pay rates Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant Access to training and professional development opportunities Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to gain valuable classroom experience, we would love to hear from you.
