Catering Assistant
* Shift times can range between 6am to 8pm, with the total hours being 40 per week.
Duties:
* Service of Hospitality food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by the company.
* Be proactive in setting up and clearing any Hospitality in a professional manner.
* Lease with the client in a professional manner and report back to the manager if any issues.
* Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
* Preparation of service area and/or service points.
* Assist in the preparation of food for Deli counter when required.
* Cover the Deli bar when required.
* Receive deliveries and storage reporting any missing items to the Manager.
* Assist in monthly Stock take when required.
* Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
* Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
* To always present an image conducive to good customer relations.
* Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.
* Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.
