We are currently seeking experienced Crane Controllers holding BTA (Basic Track Awareness) certification for ongoing works across the London Underground network. This is an excellent opportunity for safety-critical staff looking for consistent midweek and weekend shifts within a high-demand environment. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the appointed Crane Controller in accordance with LU and industry standards * Plan, supervise, and execute lifting operations safely and efficiently * Coordinate with lifting teams, machine operators, and site management * Ensure all lifting activities comply with safety regulations and method statements * Maintain clear communication across all parties during operations * Conduct pre-lift checks and ensure correct implementation of lift plans Requirements: * Valid MC Group 1, 4 and CC Group 3 as a minimum * BTA (Basic Track Awareness) – essential * PTS and COSS - desirable but not essential * Proven experience working on or within the London Underground or similar rail environments. * Strong understanding of lifting operations, safety protocols, and risk assessments * Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends * Good communication and leadership skills What We Offer: * Ongoing, consistent work opportunities * Flexible shift patterns (midweek and weekend availability) * Competitive pay rates * Opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects within London How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are available for ongoing work, please apply with your updated CV
