We’re recruiting on behalf of a beautiful hotel and brasserie, for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, fresh food kitchen.

Responsibilities as Chef de Partie

Run your own section during service

Prepare and present dishes to a high standard

Work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce

Support and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards

Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef

Passion for fresh food and seasonal ingredients

Strong organisation and ability to work under pressure

Positive attitude and team-focused approach

Willingness to learn and develop within a structured kitchen
