Chartered Project Manager

This Permanent, Full-time role requires MRICS chartered status and covers independent project delivery, client management and commercial control.

Responsibilities

* Lead independent project delivery

* Manage programmes, budgets, risk and reporting

* Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders

* Administer project documentation

* Support formal contract management processes

Requirements

* MRICS chartered status

* Chartered-level Project Manager experience

* Experience of independent project delivery

* Experience of programme control, budgeting and reporting

* Experience coordinating project stakeholders and supporting contract management processes

Salary & Package

* £45,000–£50,000 salary plus profit share bonus scheme

* Pension contribution from 4.5% to 5%
