This is a fantastic opportunity for Surveyors or Senior Surveyors looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, contribute to high-profile projects, and be part of a respected national service line.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
*
Valuation of residential assets including single-unit dwellings, large-scale development schemes, and diversified portfolios.
*
RICS Red Book valuations, market appraisals, and strategic consultancy across the full spectrum of residential property types.
*
Undertaking inspections, research, and writing valuation reports for a variety of clients.
*
Supporting secured lending, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, litigation, and taxation valuations.
*
Providing expert witness services in disputes and professional negligence claims.
*
Advising on distressed assets and offering strategic solutions to lenders.
*
Collaborating with colleagues nationally to deliver consistent, evidence-based advice.
*
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the division.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?
*
MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
*
Strong knowledge of the London and South East residential property markets.
*
Proven experience in residential valuation work (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level).
*
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of instructions.
*
Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office.
*
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
*
Personable, professional, and presentable with excellent client relationship skills
