Job Title: CHC Nurse Assessor (Band 8b) Location: NN15 6EY Rate: £42 per hour (Inside IR35) Contract: Initial 3 months Interview: Microsoft Teams Role overview: You will deliver face-to-face Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments, coordinate MDT input, complete eligibility documentation, and support review/dispute processes in line with the National CHC Framework. Key responsibilities: * Complete CHC assessments and reviews (patient facing) * Produce clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations * Liaise with clinicians, social care, families and providers * Maintain accurate documentation and case records Essential: * Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) * Proven CHC assessment / review experience * Excellent written communication and decision documentation * Ability to work on-site in Kettering 📩 To apply: Email your CV 📞 Call/Text: (phone number removed)
