Chef (ALL levels)

Blue Arrow has exciting new temporary opportunities for Chefs in South-West London, Twickenham & Kingston areas. Flexible days & hours from Monday-Sunday Excellent pay rates Monday - Friday plus overtime at weekends. To work in these environments, you will require a current Enhanced DBS check. We can process this with you after a payment of £48.50 We require Chefs with: * Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectively * The ability to delegate tasks appropriately * Ability to work without close supervision and deliver quality work * Strong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skills * Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines * Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Two Certification. * Good communication with all members of the team Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
