The kitchen is led by a passion for seasonal, seafood-driven cooking, serving a refined small plates menu that showcases the best produce Cornwall has to offer. Fish and shellfish arrive daily from local fishermen, alongside carefully sourced meat and seasonal ingredients.

The role

The Chef de Partie will take responsibility for a section in a busy, fast-paced kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service.

Key responsibilities

Running and managing a section during busy service
Preparing and cooking seafood, meat and seasonal small plates
Working closely with local fishermen and suppliers
Maintaining consistency, presentation and attention to detail
Supporting senior chefs and contributing to smooth service
Upholding excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
