Chef De Partie

Apex Resources Limited are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in West Lothian.. What we offer: * Contract Rate: £16 per hour * Ad-hoc shifts (frequent) * Daytime shifts between 06:30 - 19:30 * A supportive and professional kitchen environment * Opportunity to work with fresh ingredients and a well-organised team Key responsibilities: * Running your section efficiently during service * Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard * Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards * Supporting junior kitchen staff when required * Assisting with stock control and minimising waste What we’re looking for: * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up * Passion for quality food and consistency * Ability to work well under pressure * Strong teamwork and communication skills If you’re a dedicated chef looking for a stable role with great hours and competitive pay, we’d love to hear from you.
