The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll work closely with a skilled kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes, maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency across all services.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with a stable work history
* Background in a rosette kitchen and/or 4* hotel preferred
* Strong passion for food, seasonal ingredients, and guest experience
* Excellent attention to detail and presentation
* Team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
