About the RoleThe Role
Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food
To assist in maintaining all legal Health, Hygiene and Safety records
Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
To communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Sous Chef objectives

Requirements
Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award
You must provide your own knives
Strong culinary skills & knowledge of food and beverage
Calm, self-motivated, open minded, innovative who takes pride in their work
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Thrive on a challenge
Team player who is also able to work unsupervised
Hard working and dedicated
Flexible, reliable and punctual
Strong organisational and communication skills
High standard of personal presentation
