The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing independent hospitality business seeking an experienced Chef / Kitchen Lead to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and passionate chef looking to take ownership within a busy kitchen environment and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The successful candidate will be confident running service, maintaining high standards, and working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Working Pattern
* Guaranteed working days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
* Weekend work required on a rota basis (Saturday or Sunday)
* Full-time, permanent position
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen.
* Can confidently run kitchen service and work independently when required.
* Is organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure.
* Has a genuine passion for producing high-quality food.
* Takes pride in maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.
* Wants to be part of a growing and ambitious independent business
