* Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that highlight regional flavors and seasonal ingredients.
* Ensure timely service by coordinating with serving staff and maintaining smooth kitchen operations during busy hours.
Requirements
* Proven culinary experience specializing in Indian cuisine, with a strong understanding of traditional recipes and modern techniques.
* Supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
