An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed children's residential home in Nottingham, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care. The home has an experienced staff team, established processes, and offers a supportive senior management structure, allowing you to focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

* Promote a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive.

* Ensure the home consistently delivers high standards of care and positive outcomes.

* Lead, motivate, supervise, and develop the staff team.

* Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and all regulatory requirements.

* Manage budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy effectively.

* Build positive relationships with local authorities, social workers, families, and external professionals.

* Drive continuous improvement and prepare the home for Ofsted inspections.

* Ensure all care plans, risk assessments, and documentation are completed to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into registration.

* Strong knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or be working towards it).

* A proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

* Full UK driving licence
