Apply NowOur client Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families
Develop and review care and support plans
Work with schools, health professionals, and other agencies
Safeguard children from harm and promote their welfare
Provide advice, guidance, and emotional support to families
Manage a caseload and keep accurate records
