Chiller Engineer London & Surrounding Areas Up to £60,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits We are working with a leading specialist in process cooling and temperature control solutions, supporting a wide range of manufacturing and commercial clients across the UK. Known for delivering bespoke, high-performance cooling systems, this company prides itself on innovation, reliability, and exceptional service standards. Due to continued growth and increased demand within the London region, they are now seeking an experienced and motivated Chiller Engineer to join their established service team. The Role As a Chiller Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repair of a wide range of commercial and industrial chiller systems. You will operate across London and the surrounding areas, working both independently and as part of a highly skilled regional team. You will play a key role in ensuring client systems remain fully operational, minimising downtime and maintaining optimal performance. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain, and repair a variety of chiller systems, including air-cooled and water-cooled units Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs on-site Deliver a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients Work independently across multiple sites throughout London Participate in an on-call rota to provide emergency support when required Complete all relevant service reports and documentation accurately Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times Package & Benefits Basic Salary: Up to £60,000 Overtime: Paid at 1.5x and 2x rates Door-to-door travel pay On-call allowance 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme Fully equipped company vehicle & tools Ongoing training and development opportunities Clear progression pathways within a growing organisation Requirements City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent) Valid F-Gas certification Proven experience working with commercial or industrial refrigeration / chiller systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Why Apply?
