An established civil engineering SME, operating since the early 1990s, is looking for a Civil Engineer to join its design team in Cardiff or Bristol.
Since the early 1990s, this business has built a reputation for high-quality engineering solutions, leading successful design teams, and completing projects on time and on budget. The role will suit a Civil Engineer with a drainage focus, looking to develop within a design-led environment and contribute to a team known for technical excellence and long-standing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Producing detailed civil engineering designs, with a particular focus on drainage
Preparing drainage strategies, SuDS designs, and calculations in line with current standards
Producing and reviewing designs using AutoCAD and Civils 3D
Liaising with clients, contractors, and other members of the design team throughout project delivery
Supporting projects from concept through to detailed design and construction
Preparing technical reports, drawings, and supporting documentation
Ensuring designs meet relevant codes, standards, and client requirements
Contributing to the ongoing high standards of quality and client service the business is known forWhat's on offer:
