Civil Structural Engineer

Our client, a leading consultancy in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector, is currently seeking a Civil Structural Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities: Designing, analysing, and reviewing structural elements within T&D infrastructure projects Conducting site assessments and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including reports, calculations, and drawings Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and delivery Providing technical support during construction phases, including responding to RFI (Requests for Information) Ensuring projects are completed within the specified timelines and budgets Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements Participating in project meetings and providing expert advice Job Requirements: Experience in civil structural engineering within the T&D sector Strong knowledge of relevant civil engineering principles and T&D standards Proficiency in using engineering software for structural analysis and design Excellent technical report writing and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification Benefits: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge T&D projects Professional development and training opportunities Exposure to a collaborative and dynamic work environment If you are an experienced Civil Structural Engineer looking for an exciting contract opportunity within the T&D sector, we would love to hear from you.
