We're seeking a Civils Estimator to support EV charging infrastructure tenders, focusing on cost validation and supply chain engagement across live projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review EV charging station tenders
Engage supply chain to validate and challenge costs
Raise technical queries ahead of submission
Identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in estimates
Project Examples
£2-£3m Aberdeen warehouse conversion to bus charging station
£6-£9m Sheffield Charging Hub
Requirements
Proven civils estimating experience
Background in minor civils (ductwork, foundations)
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Experience working with subcontractors/supply chain
