Civils Foreman

Logical Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced Site Supervisor to support a live civils and road construction project in Loughborough.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring strong site presence, organisation, and the ability to keep works progressing safely and on programme.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day to day site activities across civils and road works

* Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme

* Coordinate and motivate gangs and subcontractors on site

* Monitor progress and address any delays or issues proactively

* Maintain clear communication with site teams and management

* Ensure the project remains on track and meets key milestones

Requirements

* Valid CSCS Card, Blue, Gold or Black preferred

* Valid SMSTS Certificate

* First aid at Work 3 or 5 day.

* Proven background in civils and road construction projects

* Ability to lead, organise and motivate site teams

* Good level of computer literacy for reporting and tracking

* Strong understanding of site operations and programme delivery

* Checkable references from previous employment

What’s on Offer

* Day rate between £320 and £350 CIS

* No Ltd payment options

* Immediate start available

* Consistent 10 hour day shifts

* 3 month contract with potential for extension
