CLASS 1 HGV DRIVER WANTED - STORE DELIVERIES (CAGE WORK)

THETFORD - Temp to perm role

The Role:

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver to join our client's regional delivery team. You'll be delivering cage-loaded goods to stores across the region, ensuring timely and professional service.

This is clean, straightforward work, ideal for drivers looking for consistency, good pay, and local routes.

Week 1: Mon to Fri

Week 2: Mon to Sat

Start times from 0300 - although some flexibility will be required.

Pay Rates:

£17.50/hr - Day Shifts (08:00-18:00)
£18.50/hr - Night Shifts (18:00-08:00)
£26.25/hr - Saturdays & Overtime
Minimum 8hrs pay per shift (although runs may be shorter)

Key Duties:

Store deliveries using Class 1 vehicles with cage work
Regional routes with multiple drops
Start times from 03:00 onwards
Rotate between 5-day and 6-day working weeks
Complete all relevant paperwork and vehicle checks

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

Experience with cage work preferred

Strong work ethic and professional attitude
