We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 Tipper Driver to join our team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver looking for consistent, full-time work with a reputable company. The role involves operating tipper vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00 start – 16:00 finish
Pay & Benefits:
* £17.00 per hour
* Weekly pay
* Immediate start
* Stable, ongoing work – no weekends
* Supportive working environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating a Class 1 (C+E) tipper vehicle for the transportation of materials
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness
* Delivering and collecting materials safely and on schedule
* Adhering to all road transport and health & safety regulations
* Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and logs
* Communicating effectively with the transport team and site staff
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous tipper experience preferred but not essential
* Good knowledge of driving laws and regulations
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
