* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Is an outstanding classroom practitioner or has the potential to become one
* Has high expectations of all learners
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work both independently and as part of a team
* Is committed to continuous professional development
* Values strong partnerships between school and home
* Shares the school's commitment to supporting every child to succeed
