We are working with a well-established SEN school in Folkestone, supporting pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of complex needs including autism, communication difficulties, and profound and multiple learning difficulties. The Role
Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Support pupils with ASD, SLD, PMLD, and complex learning difficulties
Work closely with experienced TAs and a multidisciplinary team (including therapists)
Focus on communication, independence, and life skills alongside academic learning
Build strong, consistent relationships that support engagement and behaviour
