We are working with a well-established SEN school in Folkestone, supporting pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of complex needs including autism, communication difficulties, and profound and multiple learning difficulties. All pupils have EHCPs, and benefit from a highly personalised, needs-led approach to learning.

The Role
Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
Support pupils with ASD, SLD, PMLD, and complex learning difficulties
Work closely with experienced TAs and a multidisciplinary team (including therapists)
Focus on communication, independence, and life skills alongside academic learning
Build strong, consistent relationships that support engagement and behaviour

Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS preferred)
Experience in mainstream or SEN settings
Patient, adaptable, and resilient
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
