Cleaner (Part-Time – 15 Hours per Week) 📍 Further Education College 📅 Fixed-Term Contract – 3 Months 👥 2 Positions Available We are currently recruiting two reliable and dedicated Cleaners to join the facilities team at a busy and welcoming Further Education College. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and want to contribute to creating a safe, hygienic, and positive learning environment for students and staff. 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 9:15am Friday: 6:00am – 9:00am Total: 15 hours per weekThis early morning schedule is ideal for candidates seeking part-time work that fits around other commitments. 🧽 Key Responsibilities: Cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, and communal areas Maintaining washrooms to a high hygiene standard Emptying bins and replenishing consumables Ensuring cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly Following health & safety procedures at all timesYou will play a vital role in ensuring the college environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming each day. ✅ Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Understanding of basic health and safety proceduresAn Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or issued within the last 3 months is essential for this role. 📌 Contract Details: 15 hours per week Fixed-term contract until 3 months Immediate start availableIf you are hardworking, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high standards, we would love to hear from you.
