Job Title: Communal Cleaner - Social Housing 📍 St. Helens/Warrington 💷 £16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) 🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm 🚐 Company van & fuel card provided 📅 Start: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Communal Cleaner to work across social housing blocks in the Liverpool and Wirral areas. The Role: Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within social housing blocks Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising Cleaning stairwells, corridors, lifts, and entrances Removing litter and ensuring high standards of cleanliness Reporting any maintenance issues or health & safety concerns Requirements: Full clean manual UK driving licence Maximum 6 penalty points accepted Previous communal or commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Good understanding of health & safety procedures What's On Offer: Competitive pay rate of £16.70 per hour (PAYE Umbrella) Monday to Friday schedule - no weekends Company van and fuel card provided Immediate start available 📞 If interested, please call Paulina on (phone number removed).
