Client Account Manager
Job Title: Client Account Manager Location: Mostly remote, office address in Manchester - May include requirements to travel in the UK and abroad Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am - 05:30pm Competitive Salary based on experience plus car allowance HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Client Account Manager, to work mostly remotely, office based in Manchester. The role may include requirements to travel in the UK and abroad. Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market with at least 5 years continued experience with specialist knowledge of Airfreight Dangerous Goods by Air & Road. Key Responsibilities: * Overachieve revenue and profit targets for your nominated accounts * Win new accounts * Driving growth and development of the business through key accounts * Take ownership and coordinate the management processes in line with the business and customers’ requirements * Forward planning for future requirements * Review and develop processes to help standardise, minimise waste and increase efficiency * Manage weekly customer appointments * Develop systems to promote transparency within the department and reporting * Take a proactive approach in reducing costs and improving efficiency * Keeping the teams and the business well informed * Maintaining and recording accurate data within the CRM system on a daily/weekly basis Skills and experience needed: * Demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market with at least 5 years continued experience with specialist knowledge of Airfreight Dangerous Goods by Air & Road * Proven record of achieving revenue and profit targets * Proven ability to grow accounts within the logistics marketplace through increased engagement and identifying opportunities * Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth logistics environment * New business success * Excellent negotiating skills * Full Clean Driving License If you are interested in our Client Account Manager role or would like some more information, then please apply now
