Client Relationship Manager – Field-Based (Kent/Surrey) Salary: Up to £30,000 OTE Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time Considered Nolan Recruitment are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join a respected organisation within the residential property sector. This is a field-based role where you will manage your own diary, build strong partnerships with housebuilder clients and act as a key representative for the business. The Role: * Build and maintain long-term client relationships * Conduct site visits, meetings and regular check-ins * Understand client needs and ensure excellent service delivery * Liaise between clients and internal teams * Track KPIs and maintain accurate CRM records * Identify opportunities for business growth * Deliver client training when needed The ideal Candidate: * 1+ year sales experience (property experience a bonus) * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong communication & relationship-building skills * Professional, proactive and well-organised * Able to work Saturdays (occasional Sundays) Why Apply? * Autonomy & diary control * Career development in the property sector * Supportive team culture * Competitive salary + incentives * Varied role with no two days the same If you have experience working in a similar role.
