Job Title: Client Services Associate Location: Eastbourne Salary: £25,500 - £30,000k Job type: Permanent Working Pattern: 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 & 1 in 3 weekends (08:30-19:00) Our client is a leading UK-based online auction company, known for its vibrant, innovative approach and commitment to delivering an outstanding service. They are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Services Associate to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be: * Technically minded with strong IT skills * Able to quickly learn and adapt to new or evolving systems * A positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude * Experienced in customer service (ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment) Position Summary: As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service. A significant part of this role involves training clients on how to use internal systems and breaking down complex technical processes into simple, easy-to-understand guidance.
