Client Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
* Managing client bookings and appointment schedules
* Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and social media
* Providing exceptional customer service and front-of-house support
* Assisting with social media management and content scheduling
* Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
* Supporting day-to-day business operations
* Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Providing general administrative and ad hoc support
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer service, administration, reception, or coordination role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Confident using social media platforms
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours
* 4 days per week
* Flexibility to work evenings as required, with shifts finishing at 7:00pm
