Client Services Director

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow key client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
* Act as senior client contact, building strong, long-term relationships
* Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies and campaigns
* Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver commercial results
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and account profitability
* Support new business through pitches and proposals
* Lead, mentor, and develop account management teams
* Oversee project delivery, timelines, and quality standards
* Identify risks and implement proactive solutions
* Drive process improvements and campaign innovation
Key Skills
* 7–10+ years in account management (agency preferred)
* Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
* Experience leading teams and client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management
* Strategic marketing planning and campaign delivery
* Excellent client management and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of digital, PR, and social media channels
* Understanding of SEO, targeting, and CRM systems
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
