Client Services Executive
Client Services Executive £34,000 per annum Full-time, 40 hours per week Based in Feltham and fully on-site (car parking available) This is a great opportunity to step into a client-facing role within the logistics industry, whether you’re looking to build a career in sales or move into a longer-term path within customer success. You’ll support clients after go-live, helping them get the most from the service, solving issues as they arise, and building strong, long-term relationships. It’s a role where you’ll learn quickly, get exposure to different parts of the business, and play a key part in the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities * Support the sales cycle by working with new clients and ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding into day-to-day account management * Prepare regular performance and service reports, giving both internal teams and clients clear visibility on key metrics and trends * Analyse customer and delivery data to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service or introduce additional solutions * Act as the first point of contact for client queries and escalations, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively * Build strong working relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term success * Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience * Keep CRM systems up to date, track client activity, and support the wider sales process where needed Skills * Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and internal teams * Highly organised with good attention to detail * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial * Proactive, with a willingness to learn and get involved * Happy to pick up the phone and build relationships * Previous experience in customer service or sales would be useful, but not essential Thank you for taking the time to review this opportunity.
