Paradigm is supporting a nationally recognised claimant firm with the growth of its Clinical Negligence team in Cardiff. This opportunity offers early exposure to high-quality, complex matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
You will:
* Manage your own caseload (with appropriate supervision)
* Draft pleadings and expert instructions
* Liaise with counsel and medical experts
* Support senior solicitors on high-value cases
* Deliver empathetic, client-focused advice
The team handles complex and sensitive matters requiring both technical precision and emotional intelligence.
What We’re Looking For
* NQ – 3 years PQE
* Experience in clinical negligence or strong personal injury background
* Excellent client communication skills
* Genuine interest in claimant work
* Desire to build a long-term specialism
