On-call responsibilities as part of the leadership teamAbout the Company You'll be joining a specialist provider of live-in complex care, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and other long-term healthcare needs in their own homes. Key Responsibilities
Hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility for the service, ensuring full regulatory compliance and outstanding clinical governance
Lead a specialist team delivering high-quality care to six complex clinical clients while maintaining oversight of a further 35 care packages
Manage, support, and develop three Care Managers, a Training Manager, and an Audit Administrator
Complete client assessments, oversee care planning, clinical reviews, safeguarding, and quality assurance
Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams while driving continuous improvement across the service
Support the strategic growth of the business while maintaining exceptional standards of careAbout You
Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager is highly desirable
Strong background within complex care, ideally supporting adults with neurological conditions or spinal injuries
Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams and developing high-performing services
Comfortable travelling nationwide to support clients and operational requirements
