Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a keen eye for detail and ensuring your buildings are not just compliant and operationally efficient, but that they look great too?
Do you thrive on a busy schedule, managing multiple sites and projects?
We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage our cluster of buildings: Centro Buildings, Exmouth House, Ink Rooms and Clerkenwell Workshops.
With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule.
You will work with your on-site Centre Management and Facilities Technicians, to deliver a comprehensive you will provide a comprehensive team and customer centric FM delivery.
What we need from you
* Relevant previous job experience
* Vocational training – NEBOSH & FM industry Qualification
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisation & time management
* Superb people skills
* Energy & passion
Key Duties
* Management of Building Services, maintaining building fabric and a high standard of décor & housekeeping
* Health, Safety & Compliance of your Buildings
* Driving Sustainability, Energy Saving & Smart Technology/Innovations
* Financial Management of Service
* Delivering the highest standard of Customer Experience
