CMM Programmer (Outside IR35)

CMM Programmer (Contract) – PC-DMIS / Zeiss Calypso – Essex – Outside IR35 3-month contract | 4-day week + overtime | Immediate/ASAP start (where possible) We’re recruiting for an experienced CMM Programmer to support a busy inspection function on a 3-month contract basis for a manufacturing environment in Essex. You’ll be programming and running CMM inspections using PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso, producing accurate reports and supporting quality / production with measurement capability. The Role * Create, prove-out and optimise CMM programs for a range of precision components * Operate CMMs and complete first-off, in-process and final inspection * Produce clear inspection reports and dimensional data (FAIRs where required) * Work closely with Quality, Engineering and Production to resolve non-conformance * Maintain traceability and compliance to internal quality procedures What you’ll need * Proven experience as a CMM Programmer / CMM Inspector * Strong working knowledge of PC-DMIS and Zeiss Calypso (either or both) * Able to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T confidently * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment * Good attention to detail and clear reporting Contract Details * Location: Essex (on-site) * Duration: 3 months * Status: Outside IR35 * Working pattern: 4-day week with overtime available * Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) If you’re available for a contract in Essex and can programme using PC-DMIS / Calypso, apply now with your CV and availability.
