We’re currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in the Luton area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment producing precision components to tight tolerances. The Role: Setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines Working with materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings Producing high-quality components to precise specifications Conducting basic inspection and quality checks Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace ✅ What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a CNC Miller (setting/operating/programming) Background in precision engineering or high-spec manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls (desirable) What’s On Offer: Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience) Day shift working pattern Long-term opportunity with a reputable client Supportive and professional working environment To apply, please contact Arkin at Interaction Recruitment or submit your CV for consideration to (url removed)
