CNC Miller / Setter Operator / Programmer Setter Operator 📍 Isleworth, West London 💰 £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Overtime (1.5x) Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm (early finish) We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in West London. The company specialises in precision gear cutting and high-tolerance machining, supplying complex components to industries including aerospace, defence, medical and precision instrumentation. This role will involve setting and operating 4-axis CNC milling centres, producing precision components to tight tolerances. Duties & Responsibilities * Set and operate 4-axis CNC milling machines * Machine precision components to tight tolerances * Work from engineering drawings and job packs * Carry out basic inspection and quality checks * Maintain high standards of accuracy and repeatability * Work as part of a skilled machining team to meet production targets Requirements * Experience as a CNC Miller / Setter Operator. Ideally Programmer Setter. * Experience running 3 or 4 axis CNC milling machines * Ability to read engineering drawings * Experience machining precision components Desirable but not essential: * Conversational programming * CAD/CAM experience What’s On Offer * £35,000 – £45,000 salary depending on experience * Overtime available at 1.5x * Early finish every Friday * Stable and well-established precision engineering company * Opportunity to work on high-spec precision components Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
