Interaction Engineering CNC Miller Programmer Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer to join their expanding precision engineering team. The role involves programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high‑accuracy components for a variety of sectors. This position is ideal for someone who prides themselves on precision, efficiency, and high‑quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls Create, edit, and optimise CNC programs to meet production requirements Select suitable tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters Carry out first‑off inspections and ensure all work meets tight tolerances Diagnose machining issues and implement process improvements Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant work environment Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Miller with strong programming ability Excellent understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings  Competence in using precision measuring equipment High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and meet production targets Desirable Skills Experience with 4‑axis or 5‑axis CNC milling Knowledge of CAD/CAM software Background in low‑volume, high‑precision manufacturing Familiarity with continuous improvement practices  What We Offer Competitive salary with overtime available Modern, fully equipped workshop Opportunities for training and career development Supportive, experienced engineering team Company pension and benefits package How to Apply If you're an experienced CNC Miller Programmer looking for your next opportunity, we’d like to hear from you.
