CNC Miller Setter Operator Late Shift Monday-Thursday- 4pm-2:30am We’re currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Setter Operator on the outskirts of Coventry. Working on the production of one-off and low-volume prototype components. This is a hands-on, rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, precision work, and the challenge of machining bespoke parts where no two jobs are the same. CNC Miller Setter Operator Key Responsibilities: * Setting and operating CNC 3 and 4 axis Machines * Work from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality results * Edit programme at the machine or offline / any programming knowledge would be advantageous * Set up machines, load materials, and run test pieces to verify accuracy before full production * Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed * Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards * Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of machinery CNC Miller Setter Operator What We’re Looking For: * Strong CNC setting experience * Edit programmes at the machine or offline - programming experience advantageous * Confident working from detailed technical drawings and using precision measuring tools * A methodical and detail-focused approach to producing high-spec, low-volume parts * Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and manage your own workload CNC Miller Setter Operator- What’s on Offer * £20 per hour * Overtime paid @ x1.5 * Late Shift Monday-Thursday- 4pm-2:30am- ( 4 x 10 hour shifts) * Progression opportunities in a growing business * 33 days holiday
