CNC Operator

CNC Operator Due to increased workload, a manufacturer of high quality, specialist equipment, have requirements for additional CNC Operators, day and evening shifts are available Based at the company's modern and well-equipped facility in Witney, the successful candidate will work within a small team and be responsible for the manufacture of a variety of components and associated tooling. Key Responsibilities: Operating a variety of CNC machines to meet production schedules, conducting in-process inspection. Ensure machines are correctly loaded and that the appropriate CNC program is being executed. Monitor tool life and adjust/change tools as necessary to the required specification to maintain component quality and tool longevity. Remove swarf, deburr for safe handling and de-water parts after machining. Engrave parts as required by Production Order. Maintain effective housekeeping of machine tool Assisting in stock control of materials, tooling, and Skills & Experience Experience in CNC operating Experience of reading and understanding Engineering drawings and and tolerances Proficiency in a range of measuring equipment and inspection Experience in producing high quality close tolerance machined components Experience of basic turning & milling an advantageImmediate start available Interested, please contact Graeme at Vibe Recruit on (phone number removed) or apply now!
