Our well-established engineering client based in Dudley is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their growing manufacturing team on a permanent night shift.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful precision engineering company offering long-term stability and competitive rates of pay.
The Role
* Programming, setting and operating CNC machinery.
* Working on either CNC Lathes or CNC Milling machines.
* Producing high-quality precision components to engineering drawings.
* Carrying out first-off inspections and making adjustments where required.
* Maintaining quality standards and ensuring components meet specification.
* Working efficiently to production targets while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience programming and setting CNC machines is essential.
* Experience with either CNC Lathes or CNC Milling machines.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What's on Offer
* Permanent night shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am, Monday to Thursday
* Competitive pay of £19.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
* Overtime opportunities where available.
