If you’re currently a CNC Turner Setter Operator using Fanuc controls (or similar with G-code / M-code experience) and want to step up into offline programming and CADCAM, this is a genuine progression opportunity — not just another turning role. You’ll join a well-established precision engineering business investing heavily in modern CNC lathes, sub-spindle technology and engineer development, with a structured 5-year training plan to take you from Setter Operator to Programmer.
