Coachbuilder / Vehicle Body Builder – Luxury Coach & Van Conversions Location: Bicester Full-Time | Monday–Friday We are looking for an experienced Coachbuilder / Vehicle Body Builder to join a specialist workshop in Bicester, working on the build, modification and repair of high-end coaches and bespoke van conversions. This is a hands-on role focused on structural, interior and bodywork elements across a fleet of premium vehicles used within events, touring and production environments. The Role * Carrying out coachbuilding, body repairs and structural modifications to coaches and vans * Fabricating and fitting panels, interiors, fixtures and bespoke vehicle components * Supporting vehicle strip, refit and conversion projects from concept through to completion * Working with wood, metal and composite materials to a high finish standard * Repairing accident damage and carrying out refurbishment work where required * Ensuring all work meets safety, quality and durability standards What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Coachbuilder, Vehicle Body Builder or similar * Background working on coaches, buses, vans, horseboxes, motorhomes or bespoke vehicles * Strong fabrication and fitting skills (woodwork, metalwork or composites) * Ability to read drawings and work from build specifications * Welding or fabrication experience desirable * High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finished vehicles What’s On Offer * Overtime available during busy build periods * Ongoing training and development on specialist vehicle projects * Stable, long-term role within a professional, well-equipped workshop * Company pension and Monday–Friday working pattern If you’re a skilled coachbuilder or vehicle body builder looking to work on high-spec bespoke vehicles in a varied and hands-on role, we’d like to hear from you
