Carry out precise installations and thorough site surveys, ensuring every setup is completed to the highest standard.
Manage filter changes efficiently, keeping machines performing at their best and preventing avoidable issues.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets equipment specifications and supports consistent coffee quality - aiming for first-time fixes wherever possible.
Customer Communication: Keep customers informed throughout the service process and collaborate closely with your line manager for daily updates.Requirements of a Coffee Field Service Engineer
A minimum of two years' hands‑on experience working with bean‑to‑cup coffee machines, including installation, servicing, and maintenance.
A solid electrical and mechanical skill set, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues confidently.

Basic salary between £37,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday schedule with no Weekend Rota
Door to Door pay
