Coffee Machine Engineer / Technician
You’ll work closely with our technical team and occasionally support our hygiene team, making this a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting people, and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend customer sites across London to carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and performance issues efficiently
• Install and commission commercial bean-to-cup coffee machines and tap systems
• Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal coffee quality and performance
• Deliver London’s premium service standards, including rapid response times
• Build strong, professional relationships with customers on-site
• Represent the business with professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent customer service
• Accurately record service visits, parts used, and work completed
Skills & Experience
• Experience with bean-to-cup coffee machines (desirable but not essential)
• Experience installing or servicing commercial equipment (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Passion for coffee and delivering high-quality service
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills
What We Offer
• £32,000 – £55,000 salary (depending on experience)
• Travel expenses covered (Zones 1–5 London)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (no weekends)
