Job Description
Working as a Stores Operative within a busy food production environment, supporting the smooth running of stores and production operations while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Working within the stores department to support daily operations.
Stacking, sorting and handling boxes and trays safely and efficiently.
Scanning products and applying labels accurately.
Supporting production line operations when required.
Following work instructions, company procedures and operational guidelines.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, food safety and quality control.
Complying with health and safety regulations at all times.
Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Demonstrating reliability, flexibility and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Maintaining an organised and efficient working environment.
Learning new skills and following training to support operational requirements.
Key Skills and Attributes
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment.
Strong attention to detail when scanning, labelling and handling products.
Flexible and willing to support different departments when required.
Good understanding of workplace safety and hygiene requirements.

Committed to maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Working Arrangements
Full-time day shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota.
12-hour shifts, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Training provided.
